The location was nice, nice reception desk staff. Ok price.

The fact that the listing for the budget double room didn't clearly mention that the room was in a basement with no windows. Was really disappointed. The listing pictures for the room had a window visible, but it was super misleading because that window was actually facing the hallway in the basement! (our room didn't even have that one window which tbh i think it's better). The reception desk couldn't help because they said it's mentioned in the booking but i checked all the confirmation emails and nothing is mentioned. So yes, check with the property first before booking to not get any surprises. Booking support didn't even help. In my opinion it's really serious to not be transparent with the conditions offered, it should be advertised properly that the room is IN A BASEMENT!

Extremely nice staff, perfect for any group, family or couple! Trully an amazing stay, that made our trip to Istanbul unforgettable!!

Goog things: -Location is excellent your in the center of Taksim area and you can go anywhere on foot or with public transport. -Rooms are clean, small but very cozy. -Reception works 24 hours -Manager and the two other guys were very helpful at the reception if you have any problem you just tell them and they will resolve it for you -price for the stay was also quite good

Negative thing: Day before my stay I was contacted by some Indian scammer on WhatsApp so he had my phone number he had my date of stay at this hotel he knew the name of the hotel so if you get any of these messages just delete them don't follow up because they want to take your credit card info. I don't know how this happened maybe hotel has a bad online security I don't know how they manage to get my information but this never happened to me anywhere else where I i traveled so this was a little bit suspicious. And I never had this issue with booking.com for any other accommodation.
