Staff except the boy of Saturday and Sunday was bored and tired
No info no attention no care
I told the lady the lamp in the bathroom was off no action- the boy fixed it
Nowadays there is nowhere room in a location like Florence without gel and shampoo
Its not a matter off 3 euros we spent to buy its the facility and the appearance of the b+b
There is nowhere that you ask for tour room to be cleaned the following day but until 16:00 of the previous!!!
There is nowhere you pay 250€ per day and they change towels all the three days !!!!

The location was wonderful, close to the station and walking distance to all the main sites. The room was lovely and the 2 beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great and our host was very good.
The third bed was a sofa bed which might be ok for a small child but had no comfort for a young adult

Wonderful stay at this property- small boutique b&b- comfy beds, quiet, clean, walk to all the famous landmarks, steps from designer shopping, and from restaurants and cafes. Walk to train station in 10 minutes. Staff was very accomodating and good communication. Eleonora at the front desk went out of her way to be sure clients were comfortable. Great location.
The beds were awful. The mattresses felt like they were ancient and horsehair filled. There was a hollow on the side people have sat on with a huge high side. The pillows were also too aged to be comfortable. Very disappointing.
