From booking, to arrangements for keys and deposits, to help during the stay and on to departure were all excellent. The accommodation photos don't show just how lovely the apartment was. The decor colors were coordinated throughout out and there were some little home comfort touches which made us feel at home and welcome.
We experienced some difficulties during our stay with a hospital visit and car accident and Andrea, the host, couldn't have been more helpful. We were very grateful.
Sautens itself was a pretty little town and the accommodation was ideally located to the supermarket, hotel restaurant and ski bus stop.
Nothing.
