Good location right on the beach. I had the dorm to myself as it was a quiet time!
It could have been a lot cleaner. The beds were totally fine and comfortable, but the bathroom was very basic and open to bugs etc.

What a rare find: a budget-friendly accommodation with a beachfront!
Pancakes and coffee for breakfast, live music on Mondays, a drying rack for swim wear,...
It might have felt more like a little resort for couples as the dorms were fairly empty this time of the year, but I'd come back for the location!
The water is wonderful for snorkeling, it might be useful to know that the reef starts right there! I wasn't aware of that when I first swam in the ocean.
The restaurant has ordinary prices for Amed (it's a bit expensive everywhere there), so like starting at 40k for a meal.
As mentioned, it didn't have that hostel community, cause there were few backpackers around, but I didn't mind.

The location was great and we were able to hire snorkelling equipment for the day.
The bathroom was dirty and had a bad smell coming from the shower. There was holes in the bed sheet also.
