The location was in a quiet residential area, but tons of things walking distance. The view from the balcony was great.
It got a little chilly. In wish an alpaca blanket was offered. The bathroom door did not slide all the way closed.

super nice host. location is good. you can find restaurants/bar nearby. $2-$3 Uber to downtown Quito. wood floor is the best
if you have a car to park. make sure send the message to the hose at least few day before your stay

The view from the room and balcony is great!! Good price/quality ratio.

A very comfy bed in a room with an exceptional view! Graciela is very friendly and a great host! Go for a walk in the park, check out the mexican restaurant along the street or stroll down into the town center! A great place to stay and good value for money!

The B&B is in a residential quiet area, perfect to get good sleep and still only a 10 minute walk to the Quicentro. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the balcony has an amazing view over Quito. The breakfast is really good and the whole house is beautifully decorated. I would definitely recommend to stay there!h
