Had a great experience in Lucknow Were Lucy to visit Ayodya from our hotel as a day trip

Liked the location Staff were very helpful Delicious food and rooms were clean

Mostly ok . Maybe a bit more seating in the lobby

Voor een of twee nachten prima hotel.

Lag erg centraal, dichtbij het station en je zat middenin Old- Delhi. Mensen waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Was simpel en redelijk schoon. We hadden ontbijt inclusief, maar hebben dit niet gekregen.

Strucutre had a very good location

Unfortunately there was a water leakage that did not allow us to have showers neither the day of the check in nor the next day of the check out. The staff was only able to apologize with a minor reduction on the buffet dinner bill which to my opinion is insufficient.

Unsatisfied.

Towels were smelly and hard. In room coffee sachets not stocked. Breakfast spread was not good enough for a 5 star and even the food was not fresh.

The hospitality of staff

The worst hotel to stay in terms of outside loud music and all floors were filled with cigarette smoke

The location and facilities is nice

The internet was not working. It took me three interactions for me to get a simple soda. Three people forgot my order. My 4th call finally got results. Please improve this

Breakfast was great . The view from the room was superb . Staff were super courteous and helped me whenever required Food was excellent and the beer variety was cool
