Je videt zw jse o starsi objekt. Vse se rozpadá a udrzba temer zadna..hidne prachu. Chtelo by to obcas tu pracku vycistit. Zrejme to nikdo nikdy neudělal. Fintess se rozpadá.

The complex the apartment is located in is really nice and the host is always available to help. It a bit between two major locations (Bophut and Bang Rak) and so transportation is required to reach the popular areas, but there are several restaurants and bars within the immediate vicinity. Like other people have said, the place could use a refreshing, and I have no doubt the owner will handle it. Beyond that, it's well equipped and the complex is quite a joy. It's surprisingly quiet for how it's laid out. The bathroom is modern. The AC works well, as does the washing machine. The bed is on the firmer side, but the pillows are comfortable.

There were a lot of small ants (or insect) around the bed area, and the owner provided an insecticide I ended up spraying daily for a few days before they were all but gone. Neither the desk nor the sitting area are very comfortable for longer sits, but functional enough. One thing to note is that you'll want to move the drying rack from under the outdoor AC unit or you'll find it dripping over the clothes.

The pool and gym and ping pong table. A lot of parking area. The kitchen and tv.

The shower water pressure was very poor, the bed was really uncomfortable and small. We had to buy shampoo, soap and toilet papaer ourself. The washing machine left stains on our clothes.
