The hotel has an excellent location, close to the Old Market and the liveliest part of the city, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The swimming pool is very pleasant, with beautiful greenery and lush vegetation surrounding it, creating a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The staff are amazing. They always welcome you with a smile and do their best to help and make your stay as pleasant as possible. We used their transportation service for airport transfers, which was very reasonably priced. They also arranged a tuk-tuk to Angkor Wat for us at a fair price. Their restaurant recommendations were excellent as well. This is already my second stay in Siem Reap at this hotel, and if I visit again, I will definitely choose the same place. The value for money is outstanding. Thank you all the amazin staff!

Bed was a bit hard. Mixer tap in bathroom sink was loose and hard to use. The control for the rain shower was broken so could only use hand held shower. Internet/TV was terrible.
