I loved the environment, it is kept very blended with nature and one easily looses themselves to mother nature. The staff is friendly, ensures perishable are replenished and the place is well thought out for an experience. You can feed the birds, braai around nature, have river side picnics and it is quiet so you can hear the sounds of nature. The room had picnic bag, braai utensils, charcoal and tools.
My fridge would have been awesome if it was defrosted so I have more room in the freezer section. That said, it was a small detail out of the amazing experience, I had.

Everything was well organized, the contact person/ host was very friendly and helpful. I loved that checking in and checking out were so easy to do with the code provision. There was professionalism in everything! Great location, very serene atmosphere, cleanliness in the house, everything needed was provided (cutlery, breakfast food, towels, toiletries etc), the house was also stunning.
The water in the morning was cold; however had I communicated that there was an issue, the host would have assisted.

The setting is awesome, the chalets are beautiful and exceptionally well equipped. Clean. Self check-in at any time is very useful. No stress. Very comfortable beds. Quiet and peaceful.
All good
