Independant rooms. We had the one dowstairs near the pool and it was very smooth & chill. Nice view on the bay

The hotel is very relaxed and has fantastic views of the Pylos bay. The staff are discrete and friendly. House-keeping was swift and efficient (we went for coffee in the morning and found our room clean on our return).
The room was very small. The pool is nice but much smaller than the pictures suggest.

Nice view and friendly staff
They gave us a room at the bottom of the development and there were too many stairs to reach the street. This is something that should be made clear during the booking process as it can be a problem for people. In the bathroom, there was nothing to separate the shower from the rest if the floor so the water was spilling everywhere. The room was very hot and the air condition was extremely old and took forever to lower the temperature. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen drain.

Amazing infinity pool to enjoy beautifull sunset. Nice houses and very big breakfast for only 5€. Very relaxing!

The place has lots of character being built at a steep rocky slope. The view is excellent and the owner is super friendly. I loved the place and for what it offers I would say its pure value for money.
There were too many stairs to get to the room although a luggage lift is available. However, at the same time this really adds to the beauty and character of the place. So if your cardio is good then go for it, you won't be disappointed.

Stunning location. Friendly host and lovely clean accommodation. Room was cleaned daily. Nice breakfast area with good views. Very good value for money.
There were a lot of steps down to the pool. We felt this could be dangerous as there were no handrails to make you feel safe. Fortunately our room was near the top, so we didn't have that many to climb, and we are both able to manage steps.
I don't recommend this property for anyone that is elderly or infirm, and I do think they should consider putting in some safety measures.

There is a small parking 100 metres above the hotel but you can also park in the streets around.
We got Athena room, it was spacious, well furnished and clean. The small terrace offers a great view over Pylos port.

We were hugely overlooked by passers by coming up the stays from stays lower down the hill, so very little privacy

Very clean room with a great view of the harbor.
Nice and well-kept garden with an infinity pool.
Despite the room was a bit too small, the room terrace was very spacious and with sea view.
The room was a bit too small and the shower curtain was too short, therefore some water came out

Absolutely amazing property. Excellent location - 8 min walk into town centre, stunning views over the harbour, excellent pool facilities, large room with great facilities and parking. Super hosts who honestly were two of the friendliest people we on our various accomodations throughout Greece - so helpful and nothing is a problem.
WiFi was a bit tempermental at times and cut out.

The place is lovely and the room very comfortable and well equipped. The view is fantastic and the parking space was much appreciated. We really enjoyed the place and were very comfortable throughout our 4 night stay. It was excellently sited to tour the area. The sunsets are spectacular as is the view of the whole bay.
The steps. We were at the bottom of the property, however it did not retract from the whole enjoyable experience since we only used the steps twice a day. We understand that the location must have such steps since it is on a slope - like every lovely thing in life, it comes with a small sacrifice. But still worth it!
