Excellent location in the city centre. Value for money, comfortable stay as a base to lay your head while exploring Bath. Neat and clean. Responsive host.
No hand soap (just a container that had a tiny bit of soap diluted with water) and no hair dryer.

Great location, clean, nicely decorated, suited us perfectly and we enjoyed our stay. We plan to return.
Sadly let down a little bit by lack of hand soap (half an inch in bottle which had been diluted almost to water), shower gel, washing up liquid etc - kitchen cupboard full of empty bottles. Toiletries would have been appreciated. Also no dishwasher tablets, and a lack of mugs in kitchen.

Host is very responsive and takes action immediately. We arrived during a heatwave, we requested for a fan and it was resolved as soon as possible. We also faced an issue with pest which was immediately dealt with by the host on the same day. Cleaning materials are available, suitable for long stays. Less than 10 mins walk to city center and it's near to the supermarket.
Both the sofas are not comfortable to sit on and are very worn in. The windows needs some repairs. Noisy vehicles sometimes pass by during late night and birds are very active during very early mornings.

It was in a good location, within walking distance of the centre.
It could do with a deep clean. Fluff and dust present. Sinks needed cleaning. Kettle needs descaling. Beds were noisy and uncomfortable.
