Die Lage des Apartments war für uns perfekt. Parkplatz in der Nähe, fussläufig zur Stadt oder zum Strand. Die Terrasse war klasse. Es gab immer heisses Wasser zum Duschen und das Bett war gut. Einmal pro woche wurde die Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt.
Apartment sehr heruntergekommen: Tür im Badezimmer mit starkem Wasserschaden. Beleuchtung über Badezimmerspiegel defekt. Küchenschrank mit Mirkowelle defekt. Küchentisch: Beine mit Winkeln repariert. Zu wenig Steckdosen für das Laden von Smartphones etc.. Terassentür verzogen und klemmt.
Keinerlei Betreuung: Weder bei Schlüsselübergabe noch sonst war die Rezeption besetzt. Als wir einmal jemanden gesehen und auf die Defekte Badezimmerleuchte angesprochen haben wurde Austausch zugesagt, aber nicht durchgeführt. Danach niemand mehr zu sehen!

The apartments were in close proximity to the old town. Lovely walk every day
Our bed was very uncomfortable and we had ants in the apartment. Unfortunately no balcony which i hadnt realised when we booked

Location was great. The place was clean. Kitchen and other amenities were also in good condition.
Bed was uncomfortable, more shampoo and toilet paper could have been given.

Probably best area in Old Town, great easy access to a range of restaurants, night life and fabulous views of the sea, only a short distance to the beach too
Beds could’ve been better but this is me being fussy, the beds were firm.

Bed uncomfortable, air con not working in bedrom and weak in sitting room.

Apartment was a really good size with all facilities needed for self catering if required. Lovely view from balcony over Old Town. Lovely bars nearby, nice pool,, couldn't fault the Bay View 😁

Great apartment, very close to old town and beaches and in a quiet area. Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. We can't wait to go back!

This is a comfortable apartment for two in a great location. You are steps away from old town shopping, restaurants and bars. However, it is very quiet within the Bay View. Alex our host quickly responded to any questions we had and ensured our easy access to the apartment. In fact we were able to check in early which was great. We had the morning sun with a view of the ocean and the old town below. The beach was fantastic.
A thank you also to Ricky, one of the full time expats at Bay View who was very helpful.
The pool was not available as it was under repair. However there is lovely large area with sun beds and seating.
The balcony needed some repairs that we were advised are scheduled.
These are minor observances that I am sure will be resolved shortly.

The cleaness of the place and when the staff were around they were nice
Ac was leaking and wouldn't work correctly it would Stay on for 5 mins then turn off it was full of hills and the tiles in the pool cut my legs

The entire experience was 10/10. The owner was so accommodating and helpful from check in to check out. Location is great with small shops and a bar 1min outside the door. Busy area is about 5 mins away and beach also 5 mins walk. Everything was so accessible. The room itself is a great size for 2, fully equipped (surprisingly even had a washing machine) air-conditioning very good, everything clean and new. Price also brilliant for how great it all was! Really can't complain at all. :)
