Bang for the buck! Great location, kindly, helpful and hardworking staff. They know how to manage a hostel and do it well. Fully equipped kitchen and a espetinho right in front of the hostel. Great time there !

I couldn't extend my stay for more days because I had to keep on travelling

The staff is the soul of the hostel. They are so empathetic, amicable, kind and always ready to help. Thanks Paolo, David, Rico and everyone there! Location is perfect. Minutes away from the main beaches, nightclubs, supermarket and espetinhos. Its worth every buck since there is a well-equipped kitchen, great internet, and a/c in the rooms. We'll come back for sure !

I couldn't stay longer

Overall a great option to spend some days in Fortaleza. The quality/price ratio is excellent considering the good location, facilities and cleaning, and most of all AR. The hostal is in a very good location, close to the main points of interest (beach, cultural center, market, shops...). The area is caotic and may be scary at night, but this is Fortaleza! The staff is nice and there is always someone taking care and supervisioning the entrance. I felt welcome and safe. The shared room is very small but functional and the bed was very comfy. AR is a real benefit. The kitchen is small but well equipped. Toilets are good, water is not that cold and they were always clean.

The place is too small for the amount of people staying. The room cannot really fit 6 people, it should be for 4 max because there is no space to move or leave luggages. Being a cheap urban hostel you will find any type of guests here: from local people and workers, to long time travelers and quick visitors. People of every age, nationality and interest. The atmosphere is very familiar, but vibe is a matter of luck. The mix of personalities can sometimes create uncomfortable situations. If the number of guests were reduced, the stay could be more peaceful.

The location was good.

The rooms were too squishy. The bottom bunks were private But the top bunks were too exposed to people turning the lights on in the middle of the night. There was not enough seating in the shared areas or dining area. The kitchen was messy and ill equipped.
