Didn't like anything at all here.. I want my money back

I want my money back... No ac, no sanitization, no tv, no heater... With torned bedsheets, dirty pillows.. Rooms were dirty, turned bedsheets and toiletaries, bad smelling room, no tv, no ac provided by hotel, No heater working in room... I've done bath with cold water.. for that manager said that itswarm weather here.. no need of heater.

Only I could get good hot water Wifi

The only thing to like about this property is the location.

Things to dislike - EVERYTHING except location. There's no WI-FI, no TV connection. The towels & bed linens are dirty. The bathroom is very dirty. The taps keep on leaking continuously but no one repairs them. The phone in the room doesn't work. Even if you go down to the reception and complain they just avoid and don't heed to any of your complains. Apart from this, I had booked a room with complimentary breakfast, but the hotel said they don't provide breakfast and instead they asked me to go out and have breakfast from a vendor (selling breakfast on a cycle) nearby. I had raised this complain with Booking.com on my first day at the hotel but Booking.com is as bad as the hotel and hasn't even replied back to me till now.
