We booked the hotel to be closer to our family home but the hotel isn’t good
The hotel rooms are very unhygienic, literally killed 7-8 cockroaches, stains everywhere & bad bed sheets. Not only this the AC didn’t work no matter how many times we called for service nobody showed up plus the rude behaviour of the staff ! Don’t book here not worth the money at all

The receptionist cum front desk manager and cleaning staff were good
Please improve the cleanliness. Especially the bedsheets and mattress cover were so dirty.Needs huge improvement. No toiletries provided.

we have booked Ac room but they told no ac room available and rate was same for it also we have booked another room which was shown in pic while booking but gave us a worst room there was no ac no attractive room in washroom no handwash and bodywash n all it was not good not as shown in pic

I booked 3 days hotel stay but non of the single day room cleaning has happened. It is already executed to the reception counter, but it was not happening any day.
