If you want to feel the real Tbilisi, this is a place you simply have to try!I absolutely loved the location! Just a short walk to Freedom Square, surrounded by beautiful vintage buildings that seem to tell the old story of the city. Even the old staircase at the entrance of the hotel has its own charm. I loved sitting there with my coffee, just watching the neighbourhood. And believe me, everything is at your doorstep! Authentic Georgian and Iranian food, American fast food, cosy little family-run coffee shops, bars, a karaoke bar for a fun evening, two Spar supermarkets, and plenty of wine shops offering Georgian wine tasting! So many souvenir shops where you can find beautiful magnets, local wines and little gifts at great prices. And please, don't miss the little shop selling pomegranate wine ice cream in a cone! Absolutely delicious! Even a Catholic church is nearby. Everything, literally everything!The room is spacious, with a lovely window and a small pantry in the hotel where you can prepare your morning coffee. Despite being in the heart of everything, the neighbourhood is peaceful. You really get a 360-degree experience of Tbilisi, its history, food, wine, people and everyday life! But what touched me most was Mr. Nicolas. We realised we had made a double booking when we were back in the UAE, and he happily agreed to refund $45. Since I live in the UAE, arranging the bank transfer was complicated. I didn't even follow up. But he didn't forget! He found someone in Dubai and made sure the money reached me. And I thought, how many business owners would go that extra mile for just $45?For me, it was never about the money. It was about integrity and keeping your word, even when nobody is reminding you. Mr. Nicolas, you deserve seven stars, not five! God bless you, and never lose that integrity. It is the best business card you could ever have. I will always recommend your place in Tbilisi!

I had to ring first, because room was locked and there was nobody there. But did not have to wait long, all good.

Great location, quiet, beautiful rooms, clean,

At times it was cold in the room, but if you are coming in the warm season, that’s not an issue. There’s a stove in the room, but no utensils. There’s only one pan which the whole hotel is sharing (why having a full kitchen with a stove in the room and “borrowing” a cheap pan from the general kitchen area. And when I would address the host with some issue (like too cold in the room), they would not try to fix the issue, but to convince you that’s actually fine and you don’t need the issue to be fixed.

The guesthouse is very well located, 2 min away from Liberty Square. The room is spacious, well decorated and the sheets were clean.

The floor was dirty, the corner near the the window was disgusting. The shower was rusty, the shower head was broken. There were also ants in the bathroom so I wonder about the general level of hygiene of the building. It was not easy to locate the guesthouse and you need to call the staff member to let you in, which is not convenient.
