Le studio ce situe à 15 min max de la gare à pied et pareil du centre. C'est parfait pour les arrivées en train et sinon, il y a un parking.

The apartment is a typical small French apartment. You have to fold up the table in order to unfold the bed. But everything is there and for two it is fine. Parking is safe and easy and the price is great. The only real drawback is the lack of privacy on the small balcony. We had the bad luck that the neighbours constantly smoked when at home and barbequed for lunch and dinner. Location is fine, the charming city of Bourg Saint Maurice is nearby, so are good restaurants like Le Chalet. The representative of the owner is very communicative, once you receive her information from the owner.

Convenient to station and shops
The sheets and pillow cases and cushion cases and foot towel were not clean. There should have been a towel as linen was included in the price. There should have been liquid soap as well

Perfect for MTB holiday. Very comfortable, everything you need, perfect location. The apartment stayed relatively cool in the heat. The host reacted very promptly to any queries and to rectify a minor problem in the bathroom. Would happily book again.
Guests next door smoking on the balcony. Not a deal breaker.

Cosy little apartment, conveniently close to the station and the funicular. The host was very nice and friendly. Good microwave oven and fridge, too. I found the bunk bed comfortable.
In my opinion the apartment might use a little renovation, perhaps the whole apartment complex as well. Then there are the little things: there were no hooks to hang your coat anywhere. There were four coat hangers, but only one of them was not broken. Kitchen sink light did not work and the electrical plug of the dryer in the bathroom needs immediate fixing - it might be unsafe. Forks, spoons and coffee mugs were also a little worn out - they could be replaced with newer ones.

Great location and plenty of secure parking
Bathroom needs updating - e.g the shower head wouldn't stay on the wall fixing however its was fine for a couple of nights

Location was good, easy to find and was welcomed at the property for the keys. Was clean as well
The shower wasn’t attached to the wall so you had to hold it whilst showering. Wasn’t good

Nothing
One of the worst places I ever picked. We had booked for 2 nights but it was too dirty and grotty to stay so we left as soon as we arrived. Floors and bathroom were dirty, linen was not fresh and a clothes dryer was in pieces. We later sent the owner the reasons we left as we do not like leaving negative reviews but the answer we got was "look at all the nice reviews". We were not looking for and did not request a refund. They appear to have more than one apartment as some of the furniture in their pictures was from another place which I presume is where the good reviews are for.

To be honest, we didn’t find the trash area. 😅
But we try our best to bring out our trash on the
Trash bin in the main road😜😜
It’s ok maybe next time they can tell us where located is.🤣🤣

The kettle was broken....the bed was old and creaked and uncomfortable....the neighbours who lived in the block were noisy and played loud music till 5am
