Exceptional property. Was very clean and beautifully decorated. So much attention to detail in terms of customer service and decor. Rooms were very big and spacious. All meals were delicious and offered so much variety. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I had from beginning to end.

Nice amenities in room
French press coffee is a nice touch
Rooms are a good size

Socorro restaurant was good on the first night but on the day of national holiday service was quite poor. As primarily a buffet restaurant, a la carte guests get forgotten about when it gets busy. We even cleared our own plates from the table. We had to ask room service several times for water.
