Almost everthing
I missed an AC in the lower ground. It is too hot

Location, the beach, fast wifi, staff
Felt safe with 24-hour facility guard - walking around at night making sure all safe and secure - like home away from home
Extremely friendly staff and management
Breakfast is pricey, must pay 50euros for cleaning

we liked a lot the proximity to the beach (it’s 30m), the plunge pool in front of the patio, the big pool at the house next to ours (which we could use), a big and well equipped kitchen, spacious room with good air conditioning.
nothing really major, maybe a better wifi would help.

The location of the villa is perfect, as it is right on the beach (which by the way is really nice) and also close to restaurants. There is everything you need in the villa, the facilities are great and the person taking care of the property was really nice and helpful. There is a pool area and showers available. They even let us check in earlier.
The villa was not very clean. There were stains on the curtains and it could be seen that it’s not well maintained. When we arrived we didn’t have hot water as well as water pressure on the second floor, but the host fixed it on the second day of our stay.
