Available for any request, nice owner, clean guest house

Ideal for an overnight stay if you're catching a ferry or have just come off one. The room was quite small but everything you need was there. A typical English coastal B&B. Limited first come-first served parking that's locked at 11pm and opened at 0615.
Nothing really.

Everything was clean, tidy and easy to access. Maria was a good host and there very promptly when needed.
Better quality sausages and brown bread and maybe more options for eggs for breakfast would have been better.
I don't know if the car park needs locking at 11pm but that did limit me a bit when visiting friends in the evening nearby and the street parking nearby is very limited, particularly late on.

Breakfast was good and friendly and very accommodating with our late arrivals, although not responsive to our phone messages to advise that we would be late.
Rooms were a little bit tired, especially the bathrooms, but OK given price.
