The hotel is a bit old and needs to be better maintained

We had a great, memorable stay at the Crowne Plaza - Borjomi by IHG!
The staff was friendly and helpful and accomodating to our specific needs. The location is great. The river view from our room was picturesque, the facility was immacuately clean and modern.
Would definitely recommend and who knows, maybe come back again some day:)

Location was convenient.. to the railway station, bus station, and the park. Clean but outdated interiors. Got courtyard view instead of the river view that i had booked
Staff were courteous and warm.
Outdated interiors. No bathtub only shower in a premium room. Breakfast selection was limited.

Hotel location is very good, staff is friendly.
Food quality in hotel restaurant is exeptionally bad! Darkness or flickering lights everywhere in the hotel.
