Lovely cosy room with all facilities. Fridge, microwave, kettle, table & chairs. Lovely welcoming touches included welshcakes, biscuits, tea & coffee, milk & ceriels. It was nice for me as a solo traveller to be able to access my room without going through the pub. Lovely stay!

Location was next to a railway line. The frontage of the place was an Irish pub.

Caroline upgraded me to the junior suite. It's a fantastic space - everything you could need for a short break away, and absolutley spotless. The staff are super friendly and helpful. If you come by train it's just a short walk from the station.

I had just been discharged from hospital and needed a ground floor room so that I didn't have to climb the stairs and this fitted the bill perfectly as it was purpose built.
The bar maid carried nearly all of my luggage into the room and showed me around the various gadgets.
No dislikes. Pity could only book the room for one night.

Perfect location for my purposes. Near some excellent local facilities and Pembrey race circuit.
Not much to dislike. Possibly a real ale in the bar would be nice.

the room was incredible for disabled and the service from start to finish outstanding. location is perfect and in the flat so no struggle at all

Exceeded my expectations.
I booked late at the last minute and was greeted by avery ffriendly guy at the hotel with a free drink while my room was sorted.
Lovely kitchenette within the room so i was able to buy food at the next door mini-supermarket and microwave it. Tea, coffee, milk and treats already provided!
Train staton is minutes away - so convenient for my early train the following morning.

Warm welcome from the staff with excellent, first rate facilities in both the kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean, nice little touches water and milk in the fridge and even some cereal for those on the go.

Shower could have been hotter..bigger bed needed and more blankets as the weather outside was very cold and could have made it cosy on the lovely settee and in bed.
