Very clean and well equipped . Easy access to central London
Some confusion about address ( my fault .i didn’t read the emails properly ) but hosts were easy to contact and excellent at giving information about travel etc when needed . Would definitely stay again .

The property was spacious and clean, perfect for four adults and a toddler. It wasn’t far from shops and transport, there was a supply of most basics for a hot drink (you need to buy milk) and cleaning products (including tabs for the dishwasher and washing machine) The sofa bed was ready and made up for us. The hallway was a useful space for the buggy. There was wifi (but we didn’t notice the sign with the code until we were leaving!) The apartment was bright and sunny in the daytime
The water could have been hotter (I used the kettle to get a hot bath!) The bedrooms both need new and preferably, blackout blinds

Great location and very spacious flat. Internet did not work but Jose was very responsive and organised this to be resolved the next day.
Single beds were squeaky, so every time you moved you woken by the squeaky noise of the bed. No instructions were provided on how to work the heating. No tea, milk or coffee pods provided. Master bed pillow had black soiled marks on it.
