I did not like anything about this property. It is run down and needs serious works. It was filthy and did not meet my expectations given that it is located in an upscale location. It is certainly not a villa, but an apartment. I was forced to leave after one day and I ended up staying at a condo which met my expectations.

Everything including the behaviour of the owner who was finding ways to get into the apartment.

Great location in a safe neighborhood. The host was friendly and helpful. Im not a hotel person so this was perfect for living amongst the locals. Plenty of parking for your rental car. Only about 20 min to the airport and another 20 min to Port of Spain.

I did not come for breakfast

The tv gave some trouble to come on but everything else was comfortable for me

Service by the owner was spectacular, willing to accommodate to many requests. Area was beautiful. Place was larger than expected but a welcome surprise.

Just required a bit more of a thorough clean in some places. Larger pots and pans would be helpful if staying staying for extended periods of time.

The staff were friendly and helpful The apartment was clean and cozy and had a home vibe He provided water and gave us mangos when we arrived and oranges in the morning We got picked up from the airport for a good price and the second day they dropped us to the grocery store to get a few things Beautiful gated community and safe area. Host was happy and friendly I would stay there again but would need a car

The water from the pipes were flooding 3x. Far from the main road so it was hard to get transportation. Need a driver or your own car We went for carnival so transportation in that time is needed so you can get around
