The staff, particularly Stella,were extremely helpful and friendly.
Location. Almost very good. Very good because. walking distance ((20 minutes) from the centre (Republic square). Many stores and cafes around. . Táshir mall 100 meters. Deficiency -close to the Central Market.
Room: Our room was on the 3-nd floor.. Very clean and well-equipped..
Breakfast: Can be obtained, but only at 11, so we haven't use.
Altogether, we were very satisfied with our stay and are grateful to the staff.

The location and value were perfect. I wanted to experience the Yerevan where Armenians live and work and this was perfect. There were typical restaurants and stores nearby, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable, as were the toilets and showers. Staff Stella and Jakob were very friendly and helpful - went out of their way to help and answer all my questions. 5 stars for sure!! The price was just right too.

Reception young lady and senior gentleman!
I also liked the property offering a free kitchen where you can use freely with cutlery, free coffee and tea.
Room is quite small, mattresses are a bit springy, pillows are too think and flat, airport is facing and blowing air to the beds. If you turn it on, it’s too cold. If you leave it off, it’s too hot in the room. Also, WiFi is very choppy.

Nice location, not far away from the city center and really near the Armenian market. When I had some problem in the toilet the host helped immediately
I’m sorry but the facilities not really good. All the night was a noise from the water inside the toilet and the curtain of the shower not comfortable. Also was dead mosquitos on the walls…
