B15 è un condominio in stile villetta a schiera con vista sull'oceano al 2 ° livello a Kihei Sands Condominiums. Ha un letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto principale; Letto matrimoniale in uno dei soppalchi al piano superiore; 2 letti singoli nella seconda zona soppalcata al piano superiore e divano letto nel soggiorno.
Il Kihei Sands Condominium si trova direttamente su una delle migliori spiagge di Maui, Sugar Beach. Dalla nostra piscina con vista sull'oceano e dal patio con barbecue puoi praticamente toccare la spiaggia: pulita, sabbiosa, non popolata e che si estende per chilometri in entrambe le direzioni. Quanto dista la spiaggia? Letteralmente a circa 6 piedi! Le nostre aree patio e prato sono idilliache. Goditi ogni mattina con un caffè appena preparato e ogni sera assisti a uno spettacolare tramonto mentre griglia la cena e sorseggi una bevanda.
Kihei Sands è un posto speciale pieno dello spirito di Aloha. Il nostro layout intimo offre il luogo perfetto per riunioni, fughe di gruppo, viaggi di nozze, anziani, famiglie, coppie e amici. Con 23 unità tra cui scegliere è facile trovare la soluzione perfetta per tutti nel tuo gruppo, dal numero di camere da letto (1, 2 e 3) alle configurazioni del letto.
A pochi passi lungo la spiaggia troverete numerosi ristoranti e negozi, tra cui un mercato di prodotti freschi, ABC Store, Panetteria, Shave Ice e una piccola tavola calda. Maui low came in nothing you can do about that but good thing you had the barrier to put up I feel staying here is like going to parents place you just though of everything nice units, nice setup, everything has been thought out. No complaints good luck with the restoration process. One funny thing is someone put food in our fridge from Blaines fridge we had a good lauch about that as I was eating his salami and cheese. Otherwise it did really suck not being able to visit beaches, attractions etc but that is out of your power. Again best of luck on the restoration process.

Loved how quiet and not crowded the beach is in front of the property. The community patio and pool was very nice. Was a bit surprised by how close the property is to a very busy road, but we did have the very last unit closest to the parking lot. Only complaint with the condo was that the king size bed on the first floor made noise any time you moved. Doesn't make the noise when you sit on the edge. But when you lay down and roll over, or your partner does, everyone knows it.

If you're looking for a great location, this is it. However, we weren't blown away by anything this condo offered and it wasn't the best experience overall. We arrived on the island a couple hours early and knew we had to burn some time so we went sightseeing and shopping. At 3:45pm, we arrived since it was after the 3:00pm check-in to find out condo still being cleaned. The property manager let us know the previous guests had made a mess of the place. While it only took another 15 minutes or so to get in, a text or call earlier would have been nice so we wouldn't have to arrive and wait. We were given 100 in gift cards to a lunch spot in Kihei that was mediocre, but the gesture was appreciated. Once inside, the condo was small, but correct to it's listing description. However, we found a number of dirty items in the kitchen. The bathrooms don't have shower doors so just a heads up that you'll have to lay down 3 towels to keep the floors from getting slick. The narrow stairway makes it difficult to carry luggage up and down, so be mindful of that. Overall, we didn't spend too much time in the condo and enjoyed the beach and the island so we just settled with the condo and it's imperfections. If you're wanting more comforts and cleanliness on Maui, look nearby but not here.
