We spent two wonderful weeks in this authentic trullo and were completely satisfied with our stay. You rent the whole property privately. There are no immediate neighbours and nobody else stays in the house or uses the grounds with you. There are a few neighbours further away, but the trullo itself stands in the middle of a large private olive grove surrounded by traditional stone walls. Even the small country lane leading to the property is lined with stone walls. This peaceful and private setting was exactly what we had been looking for. The property is approximately 15 minutes by car from Ostuni and also around 15 minutes from the nearest supermarkets and shops. The main trullo contains the bedroom, bathroom and living room, which also has an additional sleeping alcove. The kitchen is located in a separate small building and has another dining table. Around the property, there are several lovely outdoor dining and seating areas, hammocks and a private jacuzzi exclusively for the guests. The whole property is very well maintained and full of beautiful plants and fruit trees, including olive, almond and pear trees, as well as many prickly pear cacti. There is even a special tool for picking the prickly pears, and guests are welcome to help themselves to the fruit. The water comes from a well on the property and is not suitable for drinking. One full tank is provided per week, and an additional refill costs €45. However, we did not manage to empty the tank during our entire two-week stay. We used the water reasonably carefully but still showered normally, washed dishes, brushed our teeth and used the washing machine several times. In our experience, the amount of water provided was absolutely sufficient. The jacuzzi was also very clean and well maintained. Guests should naturally avoid bringing dirt into it and run it from time to time, even when it is not being used, so that the filter can clean the water.

Struttura molto bella e caratteristica, immersa nella tranquillità. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene e abbiamo apprezzato molto l’atmosfera e gli spazi esterni.

Nulla in particolare, ci siamo trovati bene e non abbiamo riscontrato problemi durante il soggiorno.
