A very affable staff ready to help , the internet connection worked out perfectly well for my work zoom sessions, a spacious room with a mini kitchen equipped with a dishwasher that ran out of detergent and salt during our stay
The bed sheets kept rolling out of its place along with the torn mattress topper making the bed look pretty messy. Room service unavailable except only upon request

Nice hotel, lovely staff and parking - although paid for , nice to have especially when we drove from England
The room WiFi wasn't working, so just connected to the hotel WiFi

Very clean and the staff were so so lovely! The property also felt secure
That they change the beddings every 8 days! However you get 2 sets of towels and I’m sure if beddings really do need changing they would do so

I liked the position, the neighbourhood is calm and quiet, and we have franprix supermarket next to us and it was really nice
I didn’t like that I had to take out my trash, and make cleaning every day, because cleaning is not included, and if you want a clean towel you need to pay. We didn’t know this , and also we had to pay 50€ tax for tourist which we didn’t know about. The windows in the room does not open, and I wanted some fresh air which I could not get.
