The staff were really nice. Location is perfect.
My toilet wasn't flushing at all for about two days. They came and checked it and repaired. My shower only had water 1 day only. I only showed once 😢, the rest of the days I had to sponge Bath.

The rooftop pool, bar, and restaurant were wonderful. The location was a short walk from many of the downtown attractions.
The room was average. A few small things wrong, but no major issues, yet nothing amazing either. The hotel itself was rather nice in appearance, though seemed quiet (not sure if that's good or bad).
