The staff were lovely.
No hot water.
Pool was out of use.
Better value in other local hotels.

Nice pool area, just 2 seats but they were enough. AC in the room and friendly staff, also for anyone who uses it - the TV worked fine.
There was construction in the room next to me, so after asking I got to change the room. The new room was fine, however there was a big roach in my room, so there are some hygiene issues.

the people are very friendly and attentive, the ease of access to the place and the pool are very comfortable.
I had a problem with the payment which in Booking was a price and at the reception it was another price I asked for an explanation, however they did not give it to me, they must improve in that aspect since it generates mistrust

Water was dirty. Reception and restaurant ladies aren’t nice and kind or professionals

Clean & good towels
No hot water, poor breakfast, i ask at fort desk for reference or menus to order food, get not good answer.

Nothing. They did not give me a receipt. They would not solve the flooding that appeared after a big rain. The only stuff that works is the location.
I disliked the room and the lack of cleanliness
