We arrived after midnight and found Karen waiting to welcome us. She was warm and friendly.
We thoroughly enjoyed our rest and woke up refreshed in the morning.

No breakfast, but very comfortable bed.
No complaints.

The fact that we could book in by 12pm and that we were accommodated within 2 hours of making the booking. The hostess was friendly even though it was -1 degree when we arrived.
The curtains need replacement and are very outdated. The little heater in our room was not able to bring relief in the room when the temperature was -4 during the night.
