Das Hotel war einfach super. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Hotel bietet fantastisches lokales Essen zu absolut fairen Preisen an. Es gibt einen tollen Außenpool. Wir haben über die Unterkunft einen Ausflug mit dem Tuktuk nach Angkor Wat und einen Ausflug mit dem Auto zum nahegelegenen Nationalpark gebucht. Die Ausflüge waren nicht teuer und jeder unserer Fahrer war sehr um uns bemüht, gab uns Tipps und versorgte uns immer wieder mit Getränken Das das Hotel etwas außerhalb liegt, ist auch kein Problem, da es einen gut organisierten Fahrdienst in die Innenstadt gibt

Nichts, was mit dem Hotel zu tun hat. Man sollte nur wissen, dass Siem Reap seit kurzem einen neuen Flughafen hat, der weiter Außerhalb liegt. Die meisten Angaben im internet sind daher nicht mehr aktuell. Außerdem sind jetzt auch mehr einzeln gelegene Tempel mit im Angor Wat-Ticket enthalten, weshalb sich das 3-Tage Ticket noch mehr lohnt.

Struttura meravigliosa, immersa nella campagna di Siem Reap e all’interno sembra proprio di stare nella giungla. Bellissima. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile! Camere belle, ordinate e pulite. Abbiamo fatto con loro anche il tour dei templi ed è stato super. Hanno anche un servizio navetta in macchina per l’aeroporto.

We have never before known such a welcome and this continued throughout our stay. Beautiful, small and different hotel. Great pool and dining areas. The food was excellent. But most of all the people, we cannot speak more highly of the entire team. Truly exceptional

Wunderschönes Hotel mit phantastischem Pool im kleinen tropischen Garten. Geräumige Zimmer , nichts zu vermissen. Sehr hilfsbereites, engagiertes Personal, zuverlässiger Tuk-tuk-Service, Menükarte klein , aber fein Ideal für Besucher , die vor allem die Kultur von Angkor und etwas Ruhe lieben

Doch etwas weit ausserhalb, da geht man nicht mal zwischendurch in die Stadt, die allerdings ausser Rummel nicht viel zu bieten hat. Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungreicher sein.

I rarely post reviews but this place has exceptional service. The room was clean, cold AC, superb pool and environment. The staff looked after us well and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable.

Everything ! Séjour incroyable dans cet hôtel magnifique. Tout, absolument tout était parfait. Les chambres sont très belles, la douche-baignoire ouverte est pratique, et l'orienration offre une belle vue, tout en demeurant protégées du soleil. Ly, Pey, Kon Thea et Thean vous garantissent un ménage journalier impeccable et irréprochable. La piscine à débordement est une invitation à de longs après-midis tranquils, à siroter des délicieux cocktails ou tester la cuisine fine de Keo, Sa, Vanny. Toute l'équipe est aux petits soins, l'ensemble du personnel est très professionnel. Le cadre dans une végétation luxuriante même si elle est limitée. La disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel.

Un peu isolé, peu de possibilités de faire des ballades à pied autour de l’hôtel. Pas de jardin.

The staff were like family! Very friendly and kind... The tuk tuk drivers equally as friendly and happy. Every member of staff was so accommodating it made our stay so much nicer. It was so nice having a bath tub as we came to Cambodia after hiking for a couple of weeks elsewhere so it was good to relax, we also loved the sounds of nature whilst laying in bed with the door open or enjoying our morning coffee downstairs.

The beds were very hard but in the UK we are used to sleeping on softer mattresses (maybe Cambodian people prefer harder beds) not a negative just a personal preference 🙏🏼

Mooie inkleding, zalig zwembad, lekker eten, rustig en super vriendelijk personeel. Het was ook echt heel leuk dat je in de namiddag gratis thee met een dessertje kreeg!

Enkel de handdoeken waren niet altijd helemaal proper.

The staff was absolutely amazing, especially thanks to Riri for all your help and just overall friendliness! The room was nice, the bed was comfy and the shower was amazing! I accidentally booked the honeymoon suite so I got a lovely display on my bed even though it was a solo trip lol. The pool was so nice to cool off in and tea time with waffles was awesome every day. It really felt like I was in the jungle, but homey at the same time. Overall, a very special stay and I would recommend if you want to break away from city life!

I would have liked a fridge in the room and I feel like the couch really didn't suit the rest of the vibe in the room, it looked very old and tacky. The location is a bit far out of town and although they had tuk-tuk drivers to take you into town for free at night, it was a bit tricky to find a driver back for under $3 (but that might just be my negotiation skills haha. Lastly I would have liked to see some cocktails on the drinks menu ;)

The staff was really friendly and helpful. We missed our bus and all the staff employees helped us by calling bus companies to arrange a new bus ride. We never such nice staff members! Daro was our tuktuk driver and he was really friendly and polite. During the tour to Angkor Wat he bought us refreshing drinks and always stopped to take nice pictures.

Amazing staff, especially the transfer services! Facilities are great, including an amazing pool and pleasant common areas.

this is a little hidden away gem on the outskirts of the city. the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. feels like a home rather than a ‘resort’. for a tiny property, the place packs in a lot and is like a microcosm with a lovely pool tucked into a mini forest like garden. the property has two water coolers and after a disappointing stay at the Mercure at Bangkok, which does not even provide drinking water, the whole idea of filling clean water bottles and drinking to one’s hearts content was refreshing. piping hot water and a spic and span large room overlooking trees was refreshing. always ready and dedicated tuk tuks at the door step to take one to town or to the temples was super convenient. Cambodian people are friendly and honest and the staff is a shining example of these two qualities. quaintly designed using earthy materials with steel and timber was a delight. the food is great too, with a lovely tea service laid out at evenings. overall a great experience at a very affordable price.

while one face is lush and green, the other is bare. the property should develop that side too. a soap dish at the basin would be a welcome addition. only poor marks would be the location, which is a bit far from everything, but by standards of other countries, distances are hardly much here.

Lucky and the Nature Team are super friendly and helpful. The place is the perfect little oasis to relax and wind down after a long day at Ankor. Highly recommend!

Everything! The atmosphere was idyllic. The swimming pool surrounded by the vegetation is like a peaceful haven to scape the torrid weather. The costumer service is maybe the best part of it. Big shout out to Laki, our host, who made my wife and I very welcomed. Tuktuk service was awesome too. Daro knows the best picture spots. Very friendly staff in general. Food was great. Honeymoon suit was perfect in every detail. Very romantic. We cried a little when we left. Strongly recommended :)

A brilliant "escape" hotel, not far away from the busy downtown of Siem Reap. Once tired of the hectic city you would appreciate coming back to this "home away from home" and enjoy its peaceful atmosphere and tranquility. Friendly and competent staff, great food and easy connection to the city (just 10 min. with a tuktuk). The hotel arranges tuktuk transfer to downtown or any sights upon request, after 18:00 a one-way ride to the downtown is provided to guests for free! In the afternoon hours you can enjoy herbal/green tea and local snacks and sweets, which are also complimentary. Tours to the main sights are arranged upon request. Regardless whether you book or not you will receive a very competent and friendly explanation of main activities and sightseeing to-dos in and around Angkor Wat, helping you to get a better orientation around the temple complex and to plan your stay better. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a peaceful retreat and wants to connect with the beautiful nature of the region. Also those who are tired of inauthentic, standard hotel chains, which all look alike regardless of the city/country will be rewarded with a memorable stay in a typical Khmer style location. Staff 100% friendly and professional. Tuk Tuk service from the Airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the city was amazing, the drivers are really professional. The service was really good, cleaned hotel and beautiful place with a mix of local design and nature. I would recommend it to family and friends.

The hotel was just so beautiful and earthy from the outer spaces to the room. We really felt like we were living amidst nature no matter where we were in the hotel. The pool is so well maintained and peaceful, we didn't want to leave. The staff were all very helpful and kind. The free snacks every evening were an absolute treat. We loved the owner's commitment to sustainability and community. We were a bit sceptical about the location but it wasn't an issue at all. We got one free transfer to Pub Street every day and only had to pay to get back to the hotel which didn't cost much.

Two things 1. We got a tuk-tuk person from the hotel to take us around Angkor Wat. There was some communication gap between the manager, the tuk-tuk driver and us which led to us being charged more than we expected and we had to change our plans accordingly. While I understand the point the tuk-tuk driver made to charge more, we believe that communication from the manager should have been clearer when we discussed our plans with him on day 1. 2. There were a lot of lizards everywhere (luckily not in the room) and I was terrified to walk outside the room every night. If you're scared of lizards I'd suggest choosing another hotel. But besides that, there is no reason to not choose to stay here.

Wonderful hotel with a beautiful garden, a lot of trees and a nice and generous pool! The big rooms were clean. There are tuk tuks in front of the hotel - just grab a tuk tuk and you are in less than 15 minutes at the city. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and the food was delicious!

The Nature is great place to stay in Siem Reap, it feels like you are at home) -The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Lucky is the most kind and caring host. - Rooms are spacious and clean. - Location is quiet near to everything, it is very easy to reach to the city centre by tuk tuk. Special thanks to Mr Toy for being the best guide during the stay. He was very kind and caring. We have visited floating villages and waterfall in Phnom Kulen. It was really nice, he shared a lot of interesting things about Cambodia and locals. - I absolutely loved the concept of environmental conservation and support of locals. We have even planted a tree, it was great experience.
