Perfectly located near all the main attractions, restaurants.
It can be quite noisy outside. Fortunately we stayed during the week.
One shower only had the handshower working.
Airconditioning was poor. The weather was very warm and no windows can be opened, therefore an aircon which goes on and off (loudly) the whole time is very frustrating.
For the price one would expect toiletries.

The location was ideal, the rooms were very airy and cool
Only very small points but in Italy we would have liked a mocha coffee maker, perhaps a toaster and as always with the English a tea pot!
My son was using the sofa bed and a lock on the main bathroom door would have been useful.

Great location. Really comfortable beds. Big and airy. Felt secure.
Only thing… the washing machine didn’t seem to spin the clothes dry very well.

It was central, close to the cathedral, the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery, perfect location. Also close to the train station. It was very spacious too.
I am not sure it is regularly occupied as a lot of things weren’t working. The beds had very uncomfortable mattresses, the showers had to be wedged to stay on, the washing machine was a top loader that was older than anything I’d seen and didn’t get the clothes wet and one toilet didn’t flush properly. There were also live exposed electric wires on extension leads. With a little TLC, this could be a great stay.
