I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff is so friendly and they go above and beyond to make your stay feels like home. Assorted breakfast at the Hemisferio restaurant and they have buffet lunch and dinner as well, for a fair price. It is close to cafes and cbd area.
Well equipped rooms with coffee pod machine and mini fridge. Nice touch with the bathroom's heated mirror!
Everyday I was returning to my room it was fresh and clean! Even my clothes were organised
I'll be definitely recommending this hotel to everyone! Kudos to you HCC!

Great breakfast and buffet lunch. Very comfortable beds and room
Wish bar stayed open later for a night cap but understand they may not be enough demand to just it.

It was a good hotel, what you would expect from mercure. It was clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. The location isn't center but it's easy to get there.
The room had an extremely bad smell upon arrival and it didn't get better. I asked to change rooms because there was also no view at all described, but since I was already informed there weren't any other rooms available I didn't mention the smell to the staff. I don't think thats usual, but in our case it was really annoying. The shower leaked water because it was only half closed. The TV was really outdated.
