The location is pretty close to the town center, in one of the oldest quarters of Split. It is relatively easy to find a parking around (I was with a motorbike). The accommodation is quite quiet and comfortable.
The beds are too soft. In the bathroom, there are no hooks to hang the towels. There was no remote control for the air-conditioner in the kitchen. In the kitchen is a bit unpleasant smell present, which did not go off completely even if I kept the doors opened.

Excellent location - only 5 minutes walk to town and less than 10 to the centre.
Good value.
Good communication with host.
Lovely little private (enclosed) terrace.
Facilities basic but adequate.
Very small shower room.
Could benefit from more hanging space and hooks in bathroom.
Plants need pruning on the terrace
