The apartment was roomy and had everything you needed and good value for money. It was very handy to the local IGA, shops, and transport. We liked the spaciousness and sunny aspect of the apartment - northerly aspect with large balcony to sit outside and enjoy.

The secure parking was in a separate building which was a little inconvenient. A couple of things need maintenance and fixing - the dishwasher didn't work, plus the bathroom basin didn't have a sink drainer and the toilet flush mechanism, while functional, needs fixing.

Was clean and tidy, little bonus in the fridge, had everything you to cook for yourself, very quiet.

Tv remote control was playing up, getting rid of rubbish is difficult.

Very close to shops, restaurants, attractions, and public transport. Easy check-in. Responsive hot water for showers. Towels provided. A carton of milk and two bottles of water were provided. I had a good view from the third floor, facing south. The apartment was well-stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, toilet cleaner, dishwashing detergent, laundry powder, bin liners, and surface disinfectant. The staff let you handle the apartment autonomously, so I disposed of my own rubbish etc. (they provided instructions on where to do this). I did not use the stove, oven, microwave, iron, air conditioner, or coffee machine, so I can't comment on them.

Safety warning: The tiles and faux-wooden flooring are slippery with the residue of cleaning products, which presents a serious safety hazard - I nearly slipped several times on the floor while wearing socks, and I fear older guests may seriously injure themselves. Also note that most other surfaces had the same icky residue on them, such as the bedside table, shelves in cupboards, and the kitchenette benchtop. An easily-missed step separates the floor tiles from the rest of the room, presenting a trip hazard. There were several minor problems. The washing machine had mould staining on its rubber seal, so previous guests had not taken good care of it. The tumble-dryer's lint filter was not clean. The bathroom door's handle had a missing latch, so you couldn't lock the door. The toilet brush was not clean and I found its receptacle was filled with foul water, so I could not use the brush. Some cupboards had an offensive smell. Cupboards above the wardrobe were too high to reach, and there was no stepladder to reach them. Some cupboard doors are off-kilter, and bind to adjacent surfaces. No pegs were provided for hanging clothes, and the clotheshorse was too small anyway. A power outlet in the bathroom had a malfunctioning switch which would not turn off. Another outlet was not secured properly and wobbled. The fridge was too loud. The lounge was placed such that it partially obstructed balcony access. The television lacked access to the advertised streaming services (one must sign in with one's own account). There was no place for a drying rack for wet dishes. The blinds had cords which would be too high for a short person to reach. The curtains and blinds were not particularly clean. Once again, these are largely minor issues, except for the safety hazard mentioned above.
