Nice host, reach breakfast. Free parking place in a safe yard. Great reataurant for lunch only and a coffee with real cats nearby.
The road is close, noisy location, breakfast is only from 8.

Outdated , basic level small bathroom, simple interior design

It was clean and presentable. Location was a 7-8 minute walk to the centre. Parking was available and was welcomed. I was received by the owner immediately and went through all the details. Check in and check out was very quick and easy. A most convenient place to stay.
All was good.

The place was overall clean, staff were friendly.
The light above the bed didn't work, the paint was peeling off the wall next to the bed, and there was a bug trap visible on the floor, that I think the housekeepers could've at least hidden a bit better.
