Quando entri nella residenza dall'ascensore privato e vai nell'atrio rotunda, puoi vedere il grande salone con due zone salotto in pelle e un televisore a schermo piatto HD da 55 pollici. C'è una sala da pranzo formale con tutte le guarnizioni e uno stato dell'arte in cucina con zona dinette, un'isola e un bar per la colazione. Gli elettrodomestici sono tutti costruiti in acciaio inox ... un frigorifero da 42 pollici con fabbricatore di ghiaccio e acqua nella porta, forni doppi, lavastoviglie lavabile silenziosa e gamma smoothtop. Una bella camera familiare si trova fuori dalla cucina con una TV a schermo piatto HD da 46 pollici. Dalla grande terrazza arredata si può ammirare una splendida vista sull'oceano e sull'oceano.
La camera da letto principale è enorme, ben arredata, con un letto king size, una zona salotto, una grande cabina armadio con armadi della linea superiore, mensole e specchi e uno schermo piatto HD da 55 pollici. Il bagno padronale è fantastico con una vasca bellissima e unica, una grande doccia a due teste, i suoi lavandini, una zona trucco con specchio ingranditore e una stanza tiolet privata con una caratteristica speciale tiolet.
Le due camere da letto della regina sono ensuite con il design contemporaneo più fine. C'è una grande doccia in uno e una doccia / vasca nell'altro e armadi ben arredati con mobili fine.

Our family has been coming down to this location for years. Since my children were small. We’ve usually stayed at the harbor, Beach Marriott, which is right next-door. Dolly completely went above my expectations on this property. We will be back.

Perfection! Good value for what you are getting, which is straight up opulence. I can't recommend this place enough, thanks to our excellent communicator hosts, the incredible look and cleanliness of the property, and the included resort passes. I would absolutely come back!

We stayed 5 nights at this beautiful location. The accommodations are amazing and I cannot thank enough the thoughtfulness of Dolly and the great communication provided throughout our stay. We arrived very late and Dolly was able to assist us in a very very late check in. The rooms are amazing as is the entire floor plan and wrap around balcony. The location is probably the best in Ft. Lauderdale as you are away from the busier parts yet its only a short walk away to see all the sights and sounds of the boardwalk. Being able to get access to the beach resort and getting all the amenities made us feel like VIP's and we enjoyed the beach, pool and everything else on a daily basis. We cannot say enough how great our stay was and will definitely return.

This place is amazing! I have always preferred hotels to VRBOs due to the amenities, but due to our changing family situation with a couple of young kids, hotels are just not practical for us. That being said, this place was just incredible and I would put in on par with stays at Ritz-Carlton or hotels of that caliber.
Check in process was very smooth. Dolly took care of everything. Parking was in a private garage under the building. We had a problem with the elevator but she made sure everything was taken care of ASAP.
The property itself is quite breathtaking. Huge open spaces. Views of the ocean. Extremely clean. Large balcony. Very modern. Very comfortable beds. It has everything else we needed like the full kitchen, laundry, etc.
I think the best part is the access to the Marriott Beach Club. You have full access to the huge pool (great for kids), beach chairs/towels, gym, and a discount at the on-site restaurants.
I am always a little weary of places that aren't immediately beach front because they can vary in how far they are from the beach and how easy that access is. With this place, if you walk out the front door, you would be at the public beach in maybe 60 seconds. It is extremely close. We used the Marriott beach for the chairs, drinks, etc and its about a 3-5 minute walk on a sidewalk to get into the resort. Then you walk through the hotel and past the pool to get to the beach.
Overall, this place was perfect for our family. 5/5.

Dolly was always right there, just a phone call away, to answer any questions. Place was very clean. Wonderful to have ur own space yet steps away from the amenities of the hotel, best of both worlds! Would highly recommend!!

This is a fantastic luxury rental to enjoy with family or friends. The condo is gorgeous and super clean, just as in the photos, and the owner managers are extremely nice and helpful. They provide full access at no additional charge to all beach, pool, sport and spa facilities at the adjacent Marriott Harbor Beach Resort. The hosts also keep a big collection of sand toys, noodles and inflatable water rings available for guests to use. Our three generation family stay included kids ages 3 and 5, and we all had a wonderful time!

When I booked this place I thought it was too good to be true, but the pics don’t lie. The condo was awesome and access the Marriott next door is a great added touch. Dolly was great to work with and helped with any questions. I would definitely recommend the rental of this property.

The four of us had a great time. The condominium is as described and as you see it in the pictures. Beautiful wide open bright spaces, and great views of the ocean. Dolly is fantastic.
Walk North and you are just paces away from the entrance to the public beach, beautiful. Walk south only a couple of minutes and enter the Marriott resort. The club passes there are fantastic. There’s a Starbucks on the way to the beach. There are four chairs and a couple of umbrellas that are complementary with the property and the beach staff were great setting them up. 20% off food and beverages as well . Then, at the end of the day, a short walk-through the Marriott grounds, and then back to your retreat away from the crowds-quiet and spacious.
Overall a great set up to enjoy a Fort Lauderdale beach vacation.

Family Vacation
Thank you to Barbara and Dolly for an awesome stay. We were grateful to have Dolly meet us at the property. During our stay, she was super helpful and even gave us restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed the lovely accommodations, location and amenities.

We enjoyed this condo and ammenites. There was plenty of cookware to cook fabulous meals. The only negative was the noise when sitting on the lanai. This came from surrounding buildings and tour busses.

Spacious, clean, convenient and loaded! This penthouse condo was perfect for our stay in Ft Lauderdale. Dolly was wonderful to work with and she was very hands on and easy to reach. Parking was great! Accommodations were adequate for 5 friends and myself & husband for a volleyball tournament. We used 2 air mattresses along with all the beds. The Marriott amenities were also such a great bonus! Will definitely stay again if in Ft Lauderdale in the future. Prime location!! Walk to beach.

Beautiful condo!
There was a group of 6 for girls weekend and this unit was everything that is portrayed in the pictures. Great location and the use of Marriott across the street was awesome! Dolly was quick to respond to any questions we had (including 11:45PM for WiFi password). It was cold when we were there so the only thing that I would suggest is having more than 2 blankets. Minor detail. Will definitely be back!

Amazing property right by the ocean and Marriot Harbor Beach
We had a fantastic stay at the penthouse unit. Dolly was such a great host and was very quick to respond to any concerns. The location is right next to the Marriot Harbor Beach and includes passes to use their amenities (huge perk). Will definitely stay here again!
