Staff were very friendly. Excellent location. Nice room. Nice restaurant. Late checkout good.
There was building work in the building next door, with drilling right against our bedroom wall. This went on until after 6pm. It wasn’t possible to talk over the noise. The hotel said they had no control over this.
There was a small hotel carpark round the back but parking was very tight there.

Good bar, friendly staff.
Breakfst was poor. Scrambed eggs served cold and not cooked well.

The room itself is lovely, very spacious and huge bed with very nice bath tub and amenities. Information mentions coffee machine however there was only a kettle, but not the end of the world!
Don't go in the restaurant here!! Service was appalling slow and food was reheated and unpleasant. Whetherpoons level quality (which would be fine if it came in 5 minutes) however it took 50 minutes to receive our meal. To top it off got food poisoning from the fish (with prawns) so spent the night being very ill. Find somewhere else to eat the 20% discount is NOT worth it!
