Has everything we need. 3 beds and a well equipped kitchen
The check in process was a mess.
Received many emails with the WiFi and directions to the location but we were stuck waiting outside for the code to the lock box.

Localisation près du centre , bien desservi par les transports.
Studio très bien équipé avec vraiment tout ce dont on a besoin, même un grille pain , du sucre ou un lave linge !

The apartment was very spacious and had everything we could have needed. Looking at the window had a decent view and the whole apartment felt cosy.
For the time of year considering how cold it got in Helsinki the bed sheets were very thing and something you would expect mid summer - the bed sheets could do with being thicker when it hits september.

The location was very good. There was a supermarket across the road, a park around the corner and restaurants and bars nearby.
The only problem I had was with it being midsummer and the weather being so good the apartment was quite hot and light at night which made getting to sleep a bit difficult. A fan would have been useful to keep the room cool without keeping the windows open all night.

Good location, easy to explore Helsinki from here. Only used the kitchen to prepare coffee/tea but great to have it.
Host was unaware of arrival (was not communicated to cleaning team). As a result the key wasn't at the described location and the apartment wasn't cleaned when we arrived at 9pm so had to wait for 30min. Then the place was only superficially cleaned. At least the host was very fast in replying so could sort it out.

it had absolute everything we needed, and it felt a home instead of a hotel! it is in a beautiful and lively, central part of town with great access to parks, the water, and culture.

Great location, communication with the host was easy and fast, good check-in experience. The apartment has good facilities and in general everything you need for a short stay.
The apartment was a bit cold at night and I felt it could have been cleaned a bit better.

I had asked for a waiver of money instead of cancellation due to covid and I had to cut short my trip , and I did not get any waiver , but overall it was good.

The apartment is in a good location, walking to the center in 5 minutes along the beautiful pedestrian street Iso Robertinkatu, where there are many nice restaurants, bars and cafes. The apartment itself is cozy, there is a good double bed and a fold-out sofa bed, the kitchen is equipped with everything, I really liked everything! The store was opposite, very convenient! will be back for sure! Thanks to the owners, they were attentive and responded quickly.

Terrible smell of cigarette. I was so busy that didnt have time to change place so stayed. All clothes smell of cigarette after visit. Told for host about it and just said thanks for comment. No word for apologacing or any compensation. Otherwise place was good as in advertising

The underwears set was blooded when we arrived, and the apartment REALLY COLD. outside night minus, but the heat does not work :( we got really sick there. They told me we can check in earlier, but we was there and the cleaner dont open, but after we saw 1 man coming out.. so they make romance in our fresh apartment. In the finish the told we was smoked, and they took our deposit, for smoke and change the underwears…

The location of the apartment is perfect. There is stores and services just next to the apartment. Bathroom was clean but other parts of the apartment were old style. Despite that it was clean and comfy. The host was super friendly and helpful. There wasn't a hair dryer but the owner brought one. I was very happy about that level of hospitality.
There wasn't a dishwasher and there were no blackout curtains so it was impossible to sleep during the Finnish summer. The apartment didn't have a real sofa so it wasn't that comfy to watch tv.
