Probably needs few more dedicated staff.
Lack of sufficient staff

Good room, with a decent view. No lift so be prepared for a climb. Friendly staff and good breakfast.
No lift and rooms were on the top floor.

The cooking was good. Staff was helpful, except a few 'no' where he said he couldn't help.
I didn't find the view given in the picture. Not spacious for 3 pax. Heard 'no' to many requests as it is ran by a single staff. Home stay without the comfy feeling and warmth received from the owners + staff from other homestays.
