Größter Pluspunkt die sehr gute Lage, Altstadt von Porec und Strand gut zu erreichen. Kleiner Balkon zum Hafen mit Meeresblick, nach hinten große Terrasse mit Blick in Hinterhof, Wohnung groß mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Weiterer Vorteil: Parkplatz in ca.200 m Entfernung.
Man bezahlt vor allem für die gute Lage. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist nicht sehr umfangreich, meist sehr billige Utensilien wie Besteck, Wasserkocher, einfachste Kaffeemaschine etc. Vergleichbare Ferienwohnungen in der Preisklasse hatten hochwertigere Einrichtung und auch Waschmaschine bzw Spülmaschine (was wir jetzt nicht brauchten). Angesichts des Preises hätten wir etwas mehr Charme erwartet.

Sehr nahe Lage zu Geschäften, Lokalen Hafen und Bademöglichkeiten.
Durch 2 Balkons einerseits Sicht auf geschäftiges Treiben am Markt, Hafen und Lokalen und andererseits nach hinten Ruhe zum Frühstücken u.a..
Durch Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern (übrigens auch im Wohnzimmer) war die Nachtruhe kein Problem.
Spar- und weitere Märkte fußläufig zu erreichen.
2 Toiletten und 2 Duschen.
WIFI in allen Zimmern.
An den Stränden gab es immer schattige Plätze.
Aufgrund der Stadtnähe war die Parksituation eingeschränkt. Jedoch wurde uns ein sicherer Parkplatz in ca. 300m zugewiesen.
Ein-und Ausladen war jedoch möglich.

Loved the location. Perfect for exploring the old town and great to have a parking space available. Beautiful building, good sized rooms for us and our teenage daughter and a real bonus having two bathrooms.
Perfectly located between coastal walk and the town.
Towels and bed linen could use a refresh. All perfectly clean, just a bit tired.

Proximity to the town and the beaches, easy walking distance, very good size and appartment for 4 with 2 bedrooms of a good size and 2 bathrooms,
Very noisy location during the night, impossible to have a good sleep, the surrounding with the shopping center and messy environment does not make you feel on vacation, very small kitchen, no dishwasher, ventilator not functioning, no proper dining table, 2 chairs broken on the terrace, the set up of the living room is strange with 2 sofas and no cofee table, wifi working and available only in the living room (the repeater is weak)
