This stay was perfect for what we needed! Amir was super responsive in helping and making sure we got to the property safely. He kept in touch making sure to let him know if we needed anything. This cozy studio was just what we needed with strong air conditioning in this intense heat wave. Giving us our own space to relax and stay while exploring the local area of Tel Aviv. Very close to many shops and cafes and resturaunt. Extremely short walk to the beach! This was a great place to stay.
There was no land try detergent for the washing machine or body wash/ hair conditioner. It’s okay for us because we had our own but guests should be aware of that if planning to stay here to know to bring their own.

It was cheap.
It was on the 3rd floor with no lift. The shower and toilet were together, so when you took a shower the water went over the floor near the toilet.
There were a couple of pieces of rubbish under the bed and under the chest of drawers, which told me that these areas had not been cleaned.
Also the entrance to the building has no number and the area has a 'seedy' feel to it.
I arrived later than I said I would (my fault for not letting them know) but the self check in details I received then one by one could have been sent to me in advance and I could have let myself in.

Perfect location.
The fridge was bit working but it was replaced in 4 hours. It is a 3rd floor with no lift.
