Eva Park Life & Spa

I really enjoyed the spa area, especially the mineral-rich saltwater pool, the jacuzzi, and the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant was beautifully designed. I also loved the wide variety of facial treatments and spa therapies available. Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The room was very small, and the soundproofing was poor. We could hear almost everything from neighboring rooms, and renovation work started at 9 AM, which was very disruptive. The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. We were also disappointed that the hotel did not have a gym. Apart from the spa facilities, there was very little else to do at the hotel, so the overall experience could have been much better.

Cleanliness , hospitality and facilities

The pool and sauna was okay and park nearby is good.

However, there was really loud noise coming from the door in front of us who was having bridal party. They were just talking but it was impossible to sleep because their noise was coming through ventilation so loudly as if we were in the same room. We complained but they said the hotel is full. Also, I forgot 5 cleaning different products such as shampoo, conditioner, facewash. Most were barely used and good brands. I called them the same day and the next day they said they couldn’t find it. Then they said they found it but it was very little content and we threw them away. I know my products were at least 80% full. Very unpleasant customer service. I wouldn’t go again.
