The owner was a good man, he made sure he cleaned the room as I reached there but early.
That budget and if your expectation is so high then I feel that’s wrong,
I had my room is first floor so I didn’t like it, it was dark, dull and some kinda smell was there.
I feel other floors were better.
If you are a clean freak then you should find some other place.

Owner,Mr Bee was very friendly and kind us. It was pretty nice for a one night stay . Cozy little room. No any other distractions. A small table and table lamp was there in the room.
Most of the time body was there at the reception . I case you want to ask something.

The location is great as it is in the Old Town and close to everything.
It was extremely noisy. And I am not talking about the music coming from downstairs and next door, playing until midnight - that is to be expected in the Old Town. I am talking about staff members shouting and speaking very loudly with each other at 2 and 3 AM in the morning, on a weekday. That was very unpleasant, as some of us had to work the next day, after getting almost no sleep.

"Questa Guesthouse é molto vicina a tutto! C’è un 7eleven proprio sotto, la sera sí, c’è un po di musica ma é piacevole. Il condizionatore funziona benissimo e i letti sono comodi. Chiang Mai é meravig..."
