Great location. Staff were friendly.

Stain on the sofa. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. Heating didn’t work. Noisy.

No lamp in my room, no soap holder or shelf in shower.

Apartment was very clean and suited our needs completely!

We had no complaints and the only thing I would suggest is, instructions on how to use TV remote to access Netflix and how to use the heating remote.....that is being very picky....we were very happy with our stay..

1. excellent city fringe location, nearby oriental supermart next door and QE mart nearby. Sydney broadway mall was a few min drive away with everything you could possibly need. short drive to CBD tourist locations 2. 4 bedroom apartment had enough space for my family of 8. everyone was comfortable 3. accommodating staff, we had a big rental car so it was hard to fit into the allocated parking space, staff allowed us to change to a more accessible lot.

1. TV black screen, not working 2. Dryer not working We wanted to inform reception regarding these faulty appliances but we thought there was no reception as the welcome letter stated reception staff only present Mon-Fri to 5pm (turns out this was the Covid operating hrs and the letter was not updated) 3. we were only supplied 1 packet of dishwashing liquid and washing powder which was used up quickly and not topped up by housekeeping 4. towels supposed to be changed but they were not changed even though used towels were left in the bathtub.

I specifically asked for a quiet room as I had a big exam the next morning. There was people stomping/running around on the floor above me until about 2am and repeatedly woke me up.

We stayed in a suite for 8 people, very spacious and quiet. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there is a bus stop near the main gate. After check-out, you can also temporary luggage storage for free. We are very satisfied.

Great location within walking distance to RPA hospital. Friendly staff and spacious clean apartment.

the room was big with 2 big bedrooms and wardrobes. bathrooms were clean and modern. perfect showers.

but the rest of place specially under beds, sofas, main balcony, kitchen doors and mirrors where so dirty which with a cat it means every times she went under the bed or sofa she got back with tape, trashes and dirt stick to her furr. kitchen doors and bin were dirty as well. the beds weren’t comfortable at all and we could here the noise of the Gym close to us in early morning. the flashes noise from the top rooms were so loud in one of the bedrooms. we woke up constantly of from all the noise.

Location was perfect for us as we were attending our daughters wedding held at the refrectory, Sydney uni., restaurant where we had a family catch-up before the big day, and easy access to broadway shopping centre.

The iron and ironing board left a lot to be desired

location was great, easy to walk to cafe’s and shops.

Apartment was dirty, floors and bath tub had not been cleaned, we had to keep our shoes on inside because the floor was so bad. We requested a high chair, it was stained and filthy, we couldn’t use it. The kitchen cupboard had very limited crockery, coffee machine did not work. Not enough pillows and the ones that were there were very old and flat. No extra blankets in cupboards.
