Great safe location. Use of pool area and gym. Less than 10 minute walk to lots of restaurants Big apartment with amazing views over the marina. Well equipped. When contacted hosts very quick response and action

We had sent through details prior to trip for security but still took 45 minutes to check in. Part of the issue was security not contacting owner despite saying they had. Mon to Fri daily cleaning but only given 1 small shower gel and shampoo for 2 people for 12 night stay. Also pool towels not changed so had to clean them ourselves

We entered into the marina complex via the security gates and park our car near the office, Hand over of the keys was very smooth and we were then taken to our apartment by an agent, Our unit was on the ground floor, very easy to access the main block using the key fob and also easy to get into the apartment. Every thing n the apartment was fantastic, no load shedding issues as it had back up. The kitchen had everything you would want, the bathroom was of a good size as was the bedroom and living room. the outside patio was very nice with a nice view over the river that runs between the apartment blocks, The apartment is an easy 10 minute stroll to the Waterfront through a walk through security gate that is easy to operate with the key fob. A great apartment in a great location

The only issue for us was the lack of sun on the balcony and to a degree, lack of view due to being ground floor although the view was ok as you could watch the City Tour boats and other paddleboarders etc pass by.

I loved the location, size and comfort of the property.

Mainly the load shedding issue. Ok there was a small generator for tv, WiFi and a lamp but for a premium apartment block like it, there should be some thought and investment considered to keep all the lights on. Silly point perhaps but the tv had no tv stations and could only use the tv apps like Netflix.

Location is fantastic, in the heart of the V and A waterfront. Views are marvelous over the marina. A really luxurious apartment with all the amenities you would expect. Very secure gated area around the community. Secure parking. We loved it.

Slow process to gain entry to the complex. The computer system could not find our booking and the guard didn't seem to know how to help. We eventually got in after nearly an hour. Not what you need after travelling! It was worth the wait though.

Awesome location just a few minutes’ stroll from the waterfront; clean, bright and modern apartment; stunning views of Table Mountain to the rear and the canal to the front; good security meant we felt super safe. Great pool and gym with a nice cafe attached serving excellent coffee and food.

Das Appartment war mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, aber nicht mehr, teilweise haben die Schlüssel resp. die elektronischen Schlüssel nicht funktioniert,was etwas ärgerlich war. Die Lüftung läuft immer im Schlafzimmer, nicht sehr laut aber hörbar.

hot water TOO hot - could scald children if left unattended! Arrival and registration was awful. Really disorganised especially as we just wanted to get to our rooms after a LONG journey. it took us about 45 minutes to get checked in and we had young kids.

Great location. Check-in was simple and efficient and pleasant. Responses to texts with questions were quick. Amazing location, and high quality facilities both in the complex and within the specific unit. Daily weekday service to rooms at a time we agreed on was appreciated. Price for such quality was reasonable. Very easy check-out.

1.) Pre-arrival complicated between direct emails and booking.com emails 2.) 3 people in room but only 2 keys/key cards turned out to be more troublesome than originally explained as some gates wouldnt let that third person through. 3.) The units have very different applicances than north america and so plastic cards explaining their use would be a benefit ( dryer part of washer, why two identical washer/dryer units, microwaves but with metal inside, etc) 4.) Clear than cleaning staff do not report back maintenance issues. If tenant doesnt than who will. example: Rugs need to be cleaned--offputting food stains even after being reported, broken drawer, One faucett in bathroom does not flow. 5.) worry about leaving places like this is that owner/management company may decide there was damage - it would be better to have a real checkout service to look room over or at least a note the next day saying "all is good" .

The apartment was nice, spacious, clean and the location was spectacular and the staff was helpful and warmly welcomed us!

The check in was not smooth due to reasons not controlled by the staff but the staff did their best.

The place was so spacious, clean and beautiful. Overlooking the Harbour added to the beauty of this property. The staff and security that assisted us on arrival was a gem. They were super friendly and very professional

Not a dislike just something we noticed. The one bedroom close to the 2nd bathroom down lights was not working so well. They were on a very dim setting / possibly needs replacement

The view and location was just amazing! Check in was efficient and done quickly. The unit was clean and exceeded our expectations. Second time booking at Atlantic Marina and will never stay anywhere else again.

The accommodation was so secure, close to V&A shopping, stunning views over the harbor. Bed was super comfortable and the accommodation had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay and cook.
