8 / 10Eccellente·set 2026
comfortable bedroom, friendly staff, very easy to park and close to York centre
this is not related to the property per se, but most of the rooms face the main road, and so can be noisy at night particularly on weekends and when students are in town during term time

Spacious room
Breakfast and dinner took ages to arrive (45 to 50 minutes)and portions were miserly a thimble of beans with your breakfast it’s on a main road with lots of traffic and constant emergency sirens throughout every night and day we stayed . No iron in the room and it stated there was one ,asked for it and it never arrived. Jam and Marmalade was laid out on the table but no toast option on the menu . When we arrived there was a dog biscuit on the couch in the room and a used bit of blue roll on the floor so not a good start.
