It is very comfortable, there is a lot of space. It is clean, there were coffee, tea and some sweets, much appreciated ☺️ the area where is located is perfect to visit Krakow. There was no need to use the public transportation.
Nothing to say.

Plenty of room, very clean had everything we needed and good location for the Jewish Qtr
No mirror in bedrooms and didn't see any instructions on how to get out in an emergency (thankfully not needed)

The location was great however it would be great to have an information about the third floor without a lift clearly mentioned.
The equipment (microwave, washing machine) were quite old and not clean. The shower curtain was dirty and there were visible signs of mould under shower. No blinds in the windows to provide any privacy during the day. The freezer inside the fridge had broken door so the temperature in the fridge was not stable.
