The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Our room was exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and filled with natural light, and the view from the room was spectacular.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. We were able to check in early, were offered refreshments upon arrival, and even received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise.
We truly enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciated the outstanding hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious.
The music in the lobby all the time wasn't great.

The property is beautiful, charming, and very comfortable. It truly feels like staying in a summer home rather than a traditional hotel. The staff was extremely kind, warm, and welcoming, and made us feel genuinely taken care of.
A detail we really appreciated was their flexibility. Since the hotel was empty from Sunday to Monday and we were attending a wedding in Malinalco, they kindly allowed us to stay until around 2:00 pm and continue enjoying the pool, which was a wonderful gesture. The atmosphere is peaceful, the common areas are lovely, and everything feels thoughtfully curated. Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced
The bed is quite firm and the sheets are not of high quality, which may affect comfort for some guests. The hotel does not have air conditioning; this was not an issue in November, but it could be uncomfortable during warmer months.
Also, while the listing states “breakfast included,” this only covers bread and fruit. Any additional breakfast items must be paid separately. The prices are fair, but the description could be clear

En nuestra habitación se escuchaba el ruido de la habitación de arriba cuando caminaban. No hay suficiente espacio para sentarse a disfrutar la alberca.
